Vegan Bacon Cupcakes?

Carli and I stopped at at the Yellow Leaf Cupcake Company in Seattle today, because I like to eat healthy when I travel.  I opted for a vanilla/vanilla combo, but Carli ordered the chocolate bacon cupcake.

Sorry for the crappy phone pic, but we still don’t have iPhones in Montana.

Even with the crappy resolution, you can still make out the bacon chunks in the fudgy frosting. 

But don’t worry, her key-lime soda in the background (oogave brand) was 100% vegan.  We aren’t sure about the bacon.
